Trauma and PTSD Counselling in New Westminster, BC

Experiencing something overwhelming can leave residue in the body and the mind long after the event itself is over. If you're having intrusive thoughts and memories, anxiety, emotional reactivity, or a heightened threat response, you don't have to keep managing it on your own; we’re here to help.

We are a multi-disciplinary mental health practice in New Westminster, supporting adults to work through past trauma, attachment wounds, and unhelpful thinking patterns connected to early life experiences. Our work is grounded in current evidence based practices and offered with warmth, patience, and care by highly experienced professionals. All of our therapists have at least ten years of experience in order to help you safely heal.

Frequently Asked Questions

A Gentle, Neurobiological Approach: Lifespan Integration

Lifespan Integration (LI) is at the heart of our trauma work, and focuses on gentle therapy that helps the brain process and integrate memories at its own pace. Many of our clients find it less overwhelming than traditional talk therapy; LI doesn't re-traumatize you. Instead, it works with the way your nervous system holds memory, helping your body and mind feel more settled and connected in the present.

Over time, Lifespan Integration can help you:

  • Feel less anxious in daily life

  • Experience fewer flashbacks and intrusive memories

  • Build resilience under stress

  • Reconnect with a clearer sense of self and present-moment safety

  • Establish healthy ways of self-regulating

This kind of memory integration supports the brain's natural ability to heal itself.
