I am a Registered Social Worker with a Masters in Social Work from UBC.

I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor and Registered Social Worker with over 16 years of experience supporting people through life’s challenges and helping them move toward a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling. I work with individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, parenting, life transitions, grief, and reproductive mental health.

I believe that therapy is not one-size-fits-all. My approach is shaped by who you are—your story, your values, and what matters most to you. I am Level 4 trained in Lifespan Integration and draw from a range of cognitive and emotion-focused approaches to meet you where you are, at your own pace.

Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or simply needing support, I can help you make sense of difficult emotions, build healthier relationships, and find relief from cycles like chronic burnout. My goal is to walk alongside you as you create meaningful change in your life.

I am deeply committed to creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and respected—across all identities, including gender, race, culture, body, sexual orientation, and relationship structure. I truly believe in the healing power of therapy. I care deeply about the people I work with and feel honored to be part of their journey. I also continue to engage in my own personal and professional growth so I can show up with presence, compassion, and authenticity in our work together.
