Beth Preston, she/her
MSW, RSW
I am a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of British Columbia with over 26 years experience working with individuals and families. I have a deep respect for each person’s story, resilience, and capacity for growth.
I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, emotional overwhelm, life transitions, family conflict and parenting concerns. I believe healing happens through connection and in being met with warmth, authenticity, and respect.
I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment Based Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. This integrative approach allows me to tailor support to each individual’s needs while creating a space that feels safe and collaborative.
