Hi, I’m Rachel Weinstein.

I am a registered clinical counsellor with a Master of Arts degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University. I am passionate about empowering people of all ages to reclaim their lives through learning new methods and tools to cope, better manage their emotions, improve their relationships, and to create more meaning, purpose and confidence in their everyday lives.

I counsel and support individuals and families who struggle with anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, eating disorders, body image, self-esteem, relationship building, and trauma.

I have been trained in a variety of therapeutic approaches to best serve a client’s needs, such as Emotion Focused Family Therapy, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Lifespan Integration, and Narrative Therapy. Regardless of which approach we use when working together, I will receive your story with warmth and compassion, and I will challenge you to do the meaningful work needed to reclaim and embrace your life.
